The newest equipment we’ve added is a retinal digital imaging system- the Marco RTA-5.  This laser scanner can measure retinal  thickness, display interactive 3-D imaging, perform retinal nerve fiber layer measurement and optical cross sections, perform digital fundus imaging, and create an overlay of a 2-D thickness map onto a patient's digital fundus image. This means the absolute cutting-edge analysis of eye health and early detection of glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease.  The records are digital and computer analysis shows progression of problems over time to detect eye health problems much sooner than conventional means.

  Our practice recently added a Marco Automated Refraction System to make the determination of your prescription to be as accurate and quick as possible.  The Marco Automated System combines equipment that objectively measures your eye’s prescription and shape and feeds the information directly into the refractor. This gives Dr. Kelly an amazingly accurate starting point to refine your prescription to the perfect point.  This takes an enormous amount of stress off the patient, making your experience in our office even better!
